Each metered phone number includes an allowance of 100 inbound call minutes per calendar month. Any usage beyond this allowance will be charged at a rate of £0.10 per minute for UK mobile and landline calls. There is no minimum contract term. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to a 30-day notice period. Phone numbers may be transferred to your new provider upon request, subject to standard porting procedures. We reserve the right to suspend numbers for any invoices over the due date.
