All SEO campaigns have an initial 6-month minimum term. After this period, the service continues on a monthly rolling contract.
If you choose to cancel within the initial 6-month term, you will be required to pay a settlement fee equal to the remaining payments due for the rest of the 6-month term.
Cancellation requires a minimum of 30 days’ written notice via email or in writing (not by phone) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Notice must be given prior to your next billing date to avoid further charges.
Any overdue payments must be settled before cancellation is processed.
OSAM Websites does not offer refunds for any invoices already paid, including advance payments.
Failure to provide the required notice will result in the campaign continuing until the notice period has been served.
